FAQ's

1. How long will it take to receive my order(s?

Please allow 3-5 days to receive your order. All orders will be shipped out with USPS.

International customers, please allow 5-10 days to receive your order.

2. I ordered my e-book. Will I receive my copy right away?

Yes. Since it is a digital download, you will receive your copy right away. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a download link. The download link sent to you is active for 3 attempts. After that, it no longer works. If your download is misplaced, contact us, with your name and order number, and we will resend you the file.

3. Is there an Audible/Audio book?

As of right now, the book is only available as a print book and an e-book. We are working with Audible to create an audio book for active listeners. We don't have an exact date it will be available, but we will definitely keep you updated.

4. Can I resell this book

No, all rights are reserved to the author, Breanna Harris. No part of these books may be used or reproduced in any manner without written consent except in the case of reprints in the context of reviews.

5. What is your return policy?

There are no returns on print or digital books.

 

6. If I live or am in the NYC area, can I pick up my order?

Yes. If you ordered your print book online and want to pickup your order, select NYC Pick-Up at checkout. If you want to pickup your order and pay with cash, please come with exact change. The E-book will be sent to you once the payment is received upon pickup. You will receive a text message from Breanna, at  646-357-4429 of the pickup location. Your Order Confirmation Number will have to be shown for pickup.


7. What other platforms are your books sold?

You can find my books on Amazon, Etsy, and Google Play.

8. What if my product is damaged?

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please email us at [email protected]. Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged order. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days. 

 

9. What if I never received my print book item?

Contact us to ensure your package was sent out. If it was sent out, then we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave Breanna Harris's office. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier, USPS. We will provide you with the address, shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
